I have always been a student of leadership and a life-long learner. Much of my career has been in higher education where I have had progressive opportunities to facilitate learning for others while developing myself. The few years I spent away from higher education provided me with a balanced view of organizational culture and strengthened my leadership experiences.
My passion is teaching others, and this comes to life for me in the classroom and on the stage. I have significant experience in designing and delivering content for a variety of audiences across many topics. I have helped organizational leaders explore leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, integrity and ethics, and communication.
In all of this, I bring passion to the experience whether that be online or in front of an audience… and I will do the same for your organization.
